These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Word Solitaire, our website userwise.io, and related services provided by Userwise.

By downloading, accessing, or using the game or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game or website.

1. Eligibility

By using the game, you confirm that you are legally allowed to use it and that you will follow these Terms and applicable laws.

2. License to Use the Game

4. Game Progress and Virtual Items

The game may include virtual currency, coins, boosters, hints, undos, definitions, extra moves, rewards, no-ads features, bundles, or other virtual items (“Virtual Items”).

Virtual Items:

  • Are licensed to you, not sold.
  • Have no real-world cash value.
  • Cannot be exchanged for money or anything of monetary value.
  • Cannot be sold, transferred, traded, gifted, or redeemed outside the game.
  • May be changed, balanced, modified, removed, or discontinued where permitted by law.
We may adjust the game economy, rewards, pricing, level difficulty, ads, features, and Virtual Items over time to improve or balance the game.

5. In-App Purchases

The game may offer in-app purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play.

When you make a purchase:

  • Your payment is processed by Apple or Google, not directly by us.
  • The app store’s terms, payment rules, and refund policies apply.
  • We do not receive your full payment card or bank account details.
  • You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges associated with your purchase.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or by the applicable app store policy.

If you do not receive a purchased item, contact us at [email protected] with your transaction details. Do not send full payment card information.

6. Rewarded Ads and Advertising

The game may show ads, including rewarded video ads, interstitial ads, and banner ads.

Rewarded ads may provide in-game rewards after successful completion. Rewards may not be granted if:

  • The ad is skipped or not completed.
  • The ad network fails to report completion.
  • There is a connection issue.
  • Fraud, abuse, or manipulation is detected.
  • The reward limit or cooldown has been reached.

We may change ad availability, reward amounts, placements, limits, and cooldowns at any time.

7. No Guarantee of Availability

  • Violate Apple App Store, Google Play, Yodo1, GameAnalytics, Firebase, or other third-party terms.
Violation of these Terms may result in loss of access, loss of Virtual Items, reset of progress, or other action where permitted by law.

  • The amount you paid us through the game in the six months before the claim, or USD $100.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Userwise, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of law.
  • Your fraud, cheating, abuse, or unauthorized conduct.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law rules.

If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws of your country or region.
