3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the game.
  • Save and manage gameplay progress and virtual items.
  • Provide rewarded ads, interstitial ads, and other ad experiences.
  • Measure ad performance and prevent ad fraud.
  • Analyze gameplay balance, level difficulty, economy behavior, retention, and crashes.
  • Process and fulfill in-app purchases.
  • Detect bugs, crashes, technical issues, and performance problems.
  • Prevent cheating, abuse, fraud, and unauthorized use.
  • Comply with legal obligations and platform requirements.
  • Respond to support requests if you contact us.

4. Advertising and Tracking

The game may display ads, including rewarded videos, interstitial ads, and banner ads.

Advertising partners may use device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interaction data, and usage information to show ads, limit ad frequency, measure ad performance, detect fraud or abuse, and provide contextual or personalized advertising where allowed.

On iOS, we may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. If you allow tracking, advertising partners may access your IDFA for personalized ads and attribution. If you deny tracking, you may still see ads, but they may be less relevant.

You can limit ad tracking through your device settings. On iOS, use Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, use Settings > Privacy > Ads, or reset/delete your Advertising ID where available.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

Where required by law, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Contract: to provide the game and purchases you request.
  • Legitimate interests: to improve the game, prevent fraud, maintain security, and analyze performance.
  • Consent: for personalized ads, tracking, analytics, or push notifications where consent is required.
  • Legal obligation: to comply with laws, tax, accounting, app store, and regulatory requirements.

6. Sharing of Information

We may share information with:

  •  Analytics providers, including GameAnalytics.
  • Advertising and ad mediation providers, including Yodo1 and its ad partners.
  • Cloud, diagnostics, and app health providers, including Firebase/Google.
  • Payment platforms, including Apple and Google.
  • Service providers who help us operate, secure, or improve the game.
  • Authorities, regulators, or law enforcement if required by law.
  • Successors or buyers in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, some privacy laws may define personalized advertising or sharing with ad networks as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.” Where applicable, you may have the right to opt out.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the specific purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

We apply purpose limitation and storage limitation principles. This means we do not intend to keep identifiable gameplay, analytics, advertising, diagnostic, or purchase-related data indefinitely when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

Retention periods may vary by data type:

  • Gameplay analytics may be retained while needed to understand game balance, level difficulty, retention, economy behavior, and product performance, after which it may be deleted, aggregated, or anonymized.
  • Advertising data may be retained as needed for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, frequency capping, reporting, and compliance, subject to our advertising partners’ retention practices.
  • Crash and diagnostic data may be retained as needed to identify, investigate, and fix technical issues, subject to Firebase/Google retention practices.
  • Purchase records may be retained as needed for purchase fulfillment, refunds, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, legal, and app store compliance.
  • Consent and privacy request records may be retained as needed to demonstrate compliance.
  • Local game progress remains on your device until you delete the app, reset app data, or otherwise remove it.

If a user has not used the game for an extended period, we may delete, aggregate, anonymize, or otherwise limit retained personal information where it is no longer needed. Aggregated or anonymized information that no longer identifies a user may be retained and used for lawful business purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a way that violates applicable children’s privacy laws, including COPPA, GDPR rules for children, and similar laws.

Where required, we may use an age gate or similar age-screening mechanism to determine whether a user is a child, teenager, or adult. If a user is identified as a child under applicable law, we will take steps designed to limit data collection and disable or restrict non-essential processing, including behavioral advertising, personalized advertising, profiling, or analytics not permitted for child users.

For child users, we may still collect limited information that is reasonably necessary to support internal operations of the game, such as maintaining app functionality, security, fraud prevention, contextual ads, frequency capping, crash diagnostics, and legal compliance, where permitted by law.

If parental consent is required, we will seek verifiable parental consent before collecting, using, or disclosing a child’s personal information beyond what is permitted for internal operations or other legally allowed purposes.

Parents or guardians who believe we may have collected personal information from a child without required consent may contact us at [email protected] If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it or otherwise bring our processing into compliance.

9. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have different data protection laws.

Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing where applicable.
  • Request data portability.
  • Appeal a decision regarding your privacy request.

To exercise rights, contact us at [email protected].

We may need to verify your request before responding. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or accounting reasons.

  • Device privacy settings.
  • Apple App Tracking Transparency choices.
  • Android Advertising ID settings.
  • In-game privacy or consent settings, if provided.
  • Deleting the app from your device.
  • Contacting us for privacy requests.
Please note that disabling personalized ads does not remove ads entirely. You may still receive contextual or non-personalized ads.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The game or website may link to third-party websites, ads, app stores, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Their own privacy policies apply.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where required.
